Care coordinators work under the direction of our licensed medical providers. They are passionate about helping people like you achieve their weight goals. Our coordinators will guide you throughout the process, providing support at every step.

They can assist with evaluating eligibility, answering questions, and offering information about our process, plans, and pricing. If you choose to move forward with treatment, they will schedule your appointment with a licensed medical provider.

Please note that the final eligibility will be determined by a licensed medical provider.

Meet Michael I am a passionate outdoorsman, tinkerer, and father of four. I am married to the love of my life and we are raising our family in beautiful Farr West, Utah.

I have always loved being outdoors. I enjoy hiking, camping, and boating. I also enjoy woodworking, building things for my family and friends. I am a tinkerer by nature. I love taking things apart and putting them back together again. I am always looking for ways to improve things and make them work better.

I am a firm believer in the power of helping others and am always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. I believe that a smile can go a long way, and I try to bring a smile to the face of everyone I meet.

I am grateful for the live I have been given and I am committed to living it to the fullest. I am passionate about my family, my friends, and my community. I am also passionate about helping others and making the world a better place. My hope is you will be the next person I can help!
